An Account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months is considered dormant. on999 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with applicable regulations and to close such accounts following reasonable notice to the registered email address. Any remaining balance will be handled in accordance with on999's dormant account policy in force at the relevant time.

Deposits are generally credited to your Account within minutes of confirmation from your bank or e-wallet provider. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the cashier at the time of transaction. on999 reserves the right to reject any deposit that triggers our fraud detection systems or that is not made from a payment method registered in your legal name.
Withdrawal requests submitted before 20:00 WIB on a business day are typically processed within two (2) to four (4) hours. Requests submitted after 20:00 WIB or on a public holiday will be processed on the next available business day. All withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification. on999 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence to withdrawal requests above Rp 50.000.000 per transaction.
on999 absorbs all platform-side transaction fees on deposits and withdrawals processed through its supported Indonesian payment channels. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own fees independently; on999 has no control over and accepts no liability for third-party provider charges.
Initiating a chargeback or disputed transaction claim through your bank or payment provider in relation to a valid on999 deposit constitutes a breach of these Terms. on999 reserves the right to suspend your Account immediately upon notification of a chargeback and to recover any funds paid out in connection with the disputed deposit.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available through on999 are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer at the time of issue. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms take precedence only with respect to that promotion.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a promotion's specific terms, all bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
